Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. If you request shipment by USPS Priority Mail, we will provide a Delivery Confirmation showing the package was deposited at the Post Office.

No returns after 30 days. All returns must be shipped back freight prepaid and with a copy of the receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Charge. Freight charges will not be refunded.

FLORIDA PNEUMATIC TOOLS are covered by a 2 year warranty against defect in materials and workmanship from the date of selivery to the end user.

Many of the impact wrenches offer other length anvil options. If you need any anvil length not shown, or more information on a specific model, email us and we'll try to be of help.

Other Tune-Up and Repair Kits for FP tools are available as are replacement rotor blades, end plates, bearings, etc. If what you need isn't listed, contact us using the links above.
